Let me introduce myself. My name is Aaron and I was born in Brooklyn, NY and raised in the suburbs of Long Island. I grew up in a Hispanic family where storytelling, creativity and culture were at the forefront of everything we did. Although I’m not a native Spanish speaker, communication and expression was and still is an essential part of our lives.

An interest in humanity and creativity was nurtured from a young age and that curiosity, expressed through a creative lens is something I have been able to pass on to all the teams I have led.

Building teams, collaborating with people, and enabling them to unlock their own true potential is why I love the creative process, and the ability to inspire and move people has become a core part of my methodology. My firm belief is that together, we can create work that is not only strategic but beautiful and connects to our audience on a human level.
